Today marked the first anniversary of Designer Doorware’s acquisition of Matnick Security Services (MSS) with the integration of locksmithing, access control and security services into its offering. The security business, with two retail outlets and a fleet of mobile Locksmiths and Electronic Security Installers, has proven a successful move for Designer Doorware and its clients.
In particular Builders and Developers have recognised the benefit of effectively managing site security via Restricted Key Systems that are fully scheduled and managed on their behalf along with the supply of superior quality architectural hardware. Compared to regular key systems, restricted keying offers an effective way to more tightly manage building site security and access control whilst contending with the accessibility needs of a multitude of people during various stages of construction and final handover.
“In the last year we’ve installed over 15 Restricted Key Systems and provided locksmithing services to a variety of major projects including 101 Bay Street, Ilk, The Guilfoyle, Guild and Cherry Apartments (pictured),” said Brendan Morter, Group Managing Director. “Time-poor clients with budget constraints have been smart to see the value in bundled services that increase peace of mind and get the job done with minimal hassle via one contact.”
MSS continues to service its long-standing blue chip clients across commercial, industrial and government sectors. With a 20-year reputation for high integrity and providing smart security solutions to solve complex problems, MSS manages over 800 Restricted Key Systems and some of the country’s most tightly protected security installations.
